Close to the Royal Sandringham Estate and only 15 minutes drive to the stunning North Norfolk Coastline. Newly built in 2017/2018, this 2 bedroom detached bungalow could suit most people. It is complimented with a tastefully decorated, high specification open plan living area with a 4 seater comfortable corner sofa, dining table and chairs and kitchen area finished with granite worktops and hard flooring. Also, has a large flat screen TV with freeview and WIFI access. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers, bedside tables with lamps and the second with a single bed, drawers, lamp and hanging space. Fluffy towels are supplied. It also has a sleek modern wet room, fully tiled with walk in shower, WC and sink, finished to a high standard. Outside there is a small mainly secluded courtyard area with outdoor furniture, off road parking and a shed to store bikes as well as a boiler room with washing machine and freezer. Access to the entire bungalow, drive and outside area. Guests will be left to enjoy their stay and access to the key safe will be given out prior to your visit. We live in the village but a little away from this accommodation. If required, communication with the host can be via text or phone. This is a lovely area with friendly neighbours. We also live in the village so can visit if needed. Getting around Norfolk is easy by car but there is also the coasthopper bus route, many cycle paths and country walks.
