Woodland View is a modern Cedar built apartment set apart from the main house. Located within a 10 minute walk to the near by Silverstone Circuit. It comes complete with off road parking and it’s own seated decking area with hot tub. The self contained apartment comprises of a bathroom, kitchen, lounge area and bedroom with double bed. We also can cater for private events such as birthday, anniversaries and special events as seen in some of the later photos for an additional cost. Modern Cedar clad structure, Underfloor heating, Mechanical vent heat recovery and triple glazing, with green roof and zinc features. Woodland View is set apart from the main house and offers a private setting located within 1/4 of an acre garden, adjoining farm land and wooded area. The property also benefits from a 5 person heated hot tub which is perfect for those cozy evenings under the stars. Woodland View allows private gated access and parking. This allows safe parking for your vehicle within a secure electric gated driveway. We currently have two different sets of optional stays, Standard and Premium (all prices are standard unless otherwise stated): Standard inclusions: Access to the hot tub, limited to 2 hours per nights stay Complimentary tea and coffee A full range of streaming TV packages Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) Use of BBQ/Wood-burner (Guests to provide their own coal) Parking for one vehicle Premium inclusions (in addition to the standard): Breakfast hamper, including a selection of fresh fruits, cereal, croissants, bread, juice, chocolate and cookies Access to the hot tub, limited to 4 hours per nights stay (opposed to 2 hours).
