Seaside Resort is a beach house in the quiet, tranquil and beautiful beach of Kritharia. The house provides comfort and warmth, is fully equipped and it’s located near Volos as well as the airport and Pelion, which makes it an ideal vacation choice both for families and groups of friends. To Seaside Resort είναι μια παραθαλάσσια μεζονέτα, στην όμορφη και ήρεμη παραλία της Κριθαριάς, ιδανική επιλογή διακοπών τόσο για οικογένειες όσο και για παρέες. To Seaside Resort βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα και περιβάλλεται από μια μεγάλη και όμορφη αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο, ευχάριστο και φωτεινό καθιστικό, με σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η μεζονέτα διαθέτει σε κάθε όροφο δύο άνετες κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Ο εξωτερικός φούρνος στην αυλή προσφέρεται για να κάνετε μπάρμπεκιου με την παρέα σας, ενώ το κιόσκι δίπλα στη θάλασσα είναι ιδανικό για ρομαντικά δείπνα. Η αυλή επίσης διαθέτει αρκετό χώρο για πάρκινγκ αυτοκινήτων. Seaside Resort has a garden in the front side where the car entrance is and a very spacious back yard where the small gate door opens right into the beach. There is plenty of space for car parking while the yard has a wide kiosk and a brick oven / barbeque grill that provides the perfect setting for all types of gatherings. On the ground floor we have the kitchen, fully equipped (white goods, cutlery, cooking tools), the living room and a full dining room table set, all thoroughly lit with plenty of natural light. There are also two master bedrooms and a big bathroom. On the loft there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom. Ο Βόλος, μια από τις μεγαλύτερες πόλεις της Ελλάδας, με έντονη νυχτερινή ζωή και ενδιαφέρουσες επιλογές για φαγητό, απέχει μόλις 12 χιλιόμετρα, ενώ πολύ κοντά βρίσκονται και κάποια από τα πιο ωραία και ιστορικά χωριά της περιοχής. Αρχαιολογικοί χώροι, μουσεία, οργανωμένες παραλίες, εκκλησίες και μοναστήρια και φυσικά το Πήλιο, το μυθικό βουνό των Κενταύρων, είναι λίγα μόνο από τα μέρη που μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε κάνοντας ημερήσιες εκδρομές με βάση σας την Κριθαριά. Seaside Resort is located ideally to combine a relaxing vacation by the sea with visiting historical sites and places of great natural beauty. Volos, one of the largest cities of Greece is only 12 km away for Kritharia and has a variety of food choices in restaurants and smaller local taverns as well as a rich and diverse nightlife. Many historic and scenic villages are located in the surrounding areas as well as museums, historical sites, churches and monasteries and of course, mountain Pelion, mythical home of centaurs are just a few of the many beautiful places you can visit daily, whilst staying in Kritharia. Η Κριθαριά είναι ένας παραθαλάσσιος ήσυχος οικισμός, με ωραία και καθαρή παραλία, ιδανική για οικογένειες. Εντός του οικισμού λειτουργεί μία ταβέρνα, ενώ σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται οι οικισμοί της Αγχιάλου και των Αλυκών, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε πολλά άλλα καταστήματα (σούπερ μάρκετ, βενζινάδικο, φαρμακείο κ.λπ.), εστιατόρια και κέντρα νυχτερινής διασκέδασης. Στον χώρο μας θα βρείτε χάρτες με πληροφορίες και οδηγίες για όλα τα απαραίτητα που πιθανόν θα χρειαστείτε. Kritharia is a seaside area of the Municipality of Volos (referred to in Greek as a settlement or the greater area of a neighborhood) with a beautiful, clean and well attended by the residents beach, perfect for a care free and relaxing vacation for you and your family or party of friends and loved ones. There is a small tavern near the house. Very nearby are Alikes and Nea Aghialos were you can find plenty more stores like super markets, gas stations and pharmacies as well as restaurants, bars and clubs. Maps and furthers information and directions will be provided by us. Ο οικισμός της Κριθαριάς συνδέεται το καλοκαίρι με την πόλη του Βόλου με λεωφορείο που περνάει δύο φορές τη μέρα. Στην αυλή του σπιτιού υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος για να σταθμεύετε τα αυτοκίνητα σας με ασφάλεια. Με την άφιξη σας θα σας δώσουμε χάρτες και πληροφορίες σχετικά με τους δρόμους που οδηγούν στα χωριά του Πηλίου και τα δρομολόγια προς τα νησιά των Σποράδων. There is a bus line connecting Kritharia with Volos, twice a day during the summer. In addition there is plenty of space to park your car or rental securely, inside the property. We will provide you with maps and route information about different villages and locations in Pelion, as well as timetables and route information on ferries that go to Sporades island group. Σας παρακαλούμε να σέβεστε τον χώρο του σπιτιού και της αυλής και να μην προκαλείτε φθορές στα έπιπλα, τις συσκευές και τον κήπο μας. Τα κατοικίδια επιτρέπονται, αλλά μόνο στον χώρο της αυλής. Το κάπνισμα επιτρέπεται. Please respect the property and avoid damaging any physical aspects of the house, appliances (including but not limited to electrical appliances, utility appliances, tools, bedding and bath linen, indoor and outdoor furniture and garden). Pets are not allowed inside the house, but are allowed in the yard, were there is a pet house. Smoking is allowed.
