Room near the city center 1

It's a house without luxuries but closed to the city centre, is well-located for going to the university or to take any means of transport nearby. 10 min walk to the center. 8 min walk to train station (Elx-Carrus) and to buses to the airport and beaches. The room has a key lock for your calmness. Its entrance is through the kitchen as you can see in the photos. The bed size is 105cm wide and 200cm long, larger than an standard single bed. Its memory foam pillow is 105 cm long too. There's a wardrobe and a table desk 100x60cm. You will have free access to kitchen and bathroom. I'll be living in the apartment with Teddy and Reina (lovely dog and cat). I'll be pleased to welcome you and to advise on what to see and do in the area. The house is in a neighborhood where there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets and bars-restaurants. It is located between two main commercial streets that are linked to the center and south (el Pla neighbourhood) 10 min walk from the center, Aljub mall and Corte Ingles mall . 8 min walk from Elx-Carrus train station, and the bus stop leading to the airport and the beaches. You can park your car in all this neighbourhood. But there are some hours which are difficult to park: between 2pm and 3pm, and from 9pm. There's a public car park 5 min away in "Poeta Miguel Hernandez Street". There is also site where cars can park at the beginning of "Poeta miguel hernandez Street", next to the "Ramón Llull School".The bus lines nearby are the G, K, A, and B. The Elx-Carrus train station that goes to Alicante or Murcia. The intercity bus to the airport and the beaches. Bikes to ride around the city, with the Bicycle rental network. ("Bicielx"). The flat is on a real fourth floor, althought it is written "third floor" on the bell and on the flat. There isn't a lift so, if you bring suitcases let me know to help you. The washing machine fee is 3 euros. The dryer is 3 euros. Or else, you can use the clothes line.
