A fully equipped, medium sized, 1 bedroom apartment (part of a family VILLA). There are few number of listings in Madaba with AC (HOT&COLD) and our house is one of them. Important note: Gas heaters can't be used for a long period of time or overnight. Our location in a nice nieghborhood with a high accessibility to tourist spots, Markets, restaurants, and health facilities. It's 2nd floor apartment with no elevator, a shared entrance with only two other apartment including the family house. A cozy and sunny (40sm/430sf) apartment, which is a medium sized one room house for two people in a European and American measures. It's located in the second floor of the Villa, so you need to climb the stairs, 41 steps to be exact, the entrance is shared with the Family house, and another apartment put as listing with Airbnb. Bedroom: it has a big bedroom with two single beds, comfy new mattresses, one medium sized closet, and a council, and most importantly AC. Bathroom: a (2.5sm/26sf) in space, walk-in rain fall shower, hot water. Living area: two seats couch, and a classic single chair, small coffee table, foldable dinning table, LCD 32"TV, and satellite. kitchen: fully equipped, with a medium sized fridge, electric gas, kettle, coffee cups, essential cooking materials. laundry room: washing machine is available, and shared with other listings. big two gardens, roof, laundry room, two garages, and BBQ kits. we are available by phone, email, or directly by visiting us. we are very close to all tourists areas, yet far enough from the crowded city center. you can walk towards the city center it will take about 10 minutes walking 5 minutes by car. or you may use public transportation the bus stop is three minutes walking from the house. we recommend you have Madaba as a hub to visit all of Jordan if you are not going to spend more than one day in each place. in the center of the city you will find: Mosaic locations: Saint Gorge, don't forget to go to the cave inside. Madaba visitors center.
