A stunning ground floor Studio Apartment situated right in the centre of Marden village. The property is literally a 1 minute walk from the Mainline train station to London or Kent coast & 4-5 minute walk to each of the two country pubs in the village. There is a private off street parking space and the apartment overlooks the private garden area with duck pond which is available for guests use. The accommodation benefits from full kitchen facilities, stunning shower room and is suitable for one or two people. The Studio strictly accommodates a maximum of two people and we configure the sleeping arrangement to each guests needs. You have the choice of our Super Comfy Superking Bed or Super Comfy Twin bed arrangement. Please let us know which set up you require upon booking. Guests will have private use of the whole apartment however the garden area is communal and may be shared with other guests or apartment owners. Please note that the front access door has one step approximately 10 cm high and is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs. I am available via my mobile phone during office hours for general enquiries or in case of emergency outside of these hours. Marden is an amazing country village dating back to the Doomsday book, situated about 8 miles (13 km) south of Maidstone and civil parish in the Maidstone ... Today, the village boasts two country pubs, private members club, post office, library & mainline station to London & the Kent coast. Trains to London are every 30 minutes & call at Paddock Wood, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, London Bridge, Waterloo East & Charing Cross. Coastal services Call at Staplehurst, Headcorn, Pluckley, Ashford International & onward to Ramsgate or Dover Priory.
