The terraced house is situated in a very quiet location near Airport BER. You will stay on the top level (your own 3rd floor) with two large rooms and a private bathroom including fresh towels. The furnishings of the two rooms include 4 double beds, 2 sofa beds, wardrobes. The beds are made up completly with bed linen. An additional double bed and a double sofa are available in the living room for further 4 persons for sleeping. There are a total of 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets in the house. You will stay on the top level (your own 3rd floor) with two large rooms and a private bathroom including fresh towels. The two rooms allow overnight stays for up to 10 people. An additional double bed and a double sofa are available in the living room for further 4 persons for sleeping. A second bathroom on the 2nd floor and a guest toilet on the 1st floor can be used if required. Free High-End WiFi is available throughout the house. . Kitchen: The kitchen is completely to our guests alone during their stay. It is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and crockery as well as cutlery for up to 14 persons. . Living room: The living room is fully available to our guests alone during their stay. It includes a double bed and a double sofa, a workstation for laptops, a large 55-inch TV with Entertain TV and Netflix, DVD player and a pool table. The billiard table can be used free of charge between 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. The maximum Internet speed (LAN connection to VDSL) is 100 Mbit/s in download and 50 Mbit/s in upload. High-End WiFi is also available throughout the house. . Location: The house is located in Berlin's Neukoelln district. The other city districts can be easily reached thanks to the excellent public transport connections. A small expense allowance of 6.00 € per wash is estimated. . The 3rd floor rooms as well as the common area on the ground floor (living room, kitchen, guest WC) can be accessed by guests. . The very comfortable sitting areas in the pavilion on the terrace and in the garden (also for smokers) are always available for our guests. . All rooms on the 2nd floor are occupied only for private use. We live on the 2nd floor of the house ourselves and are gladly available for questions. The check-in times between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. can be flexibly configured. Special requests outside the specified check-in time are also possible. The luggage can be temporarily parked in the living room in case of early arrivals or late departures). However, prior approval via AirBnB is desirable. You will be living in a nice and calm neighborhood in the south of Berlin with a grocery store close by. There is also a really good place to eat next to the store. Berlin provides an excellent public transportation infrastructure which makes it easy to get to other parts of the town. +++Tips for outdoor fans, joggers, skaters, cyclists and walkers+++ If you prefer peace and quiet in the great outdoors, a comfortable skateboard/inline skate ride, a moderate cycling workout, a nice jogging/marathon lap in a green environment or simply need a long walk close to water for relaxation, then you've come to the right place. Whether in a group or alone, we warmly recommend you to take on an interesting adventure along the Teltow Canal in the section Alt-Glienicke, Adlershof, Johannis Thal, Baumschulenweg very close to our "Frauenviertel Rudow" in the southern part of the Neukölln district (start point only 10 minutes away). A long, perfectly asphalted skat trail leads for six kilometres along the water. Although skaters have to share the path with cyclists and some pedestrians, the path is wide enough for safe overtaking manoeuvres. The skater route starts at the "Adlershof" exit and ends at the "Neue Späthstraße" motorway exit. Since 2006 professionals as well as beginners meet here, because the way at the Teltowkanal is perfect for training or for the first practice attempts on skates. For resting there are always small places directly at the water. The entire beautifully wide paved path is about 12 km long. It often leads right and left past the various green settlements, allotments, buffalo pastures and horse farms. Under the new motorway bridge the "Mauer Weg" merges with the "Hauptweg". However, the main part of the path leads along the Teltow canal bank. From the bridges over the canal one has the great possibility to have a nice view on the old long ships, which like in the old long past time transport mostly ore materials or coal to the old factories of the capital from far away over this waterway.
