Papillion Room- close to 1000 sq. ft

Our Home is in a quiet neighborhood that is only minutes from downtown Papillion. 20 minutes from downtown Omaha, and your stay comes with a free Uber ride once a day taking you downtown (during college world series). We have 3 dogs who are very friendly and can be kenneled up if needed. One bedroom with queen bed but couches are very cozy and we have queen sized air mattresses for friends or kids. Full bathroom with walk in shower. Microwave and mini fridge are included in basement area.. Guests can access through the front door that leads straight to the basement door. I will be available to communicate with the guests if they would like or we can text each other if I am not at the house. This is our primary residence but the basement area is private. We have a walking path behind our house and a park right down the path. I drive for Uber and can schedule rides using my Town and Country van. I do have three small dogs that like to bark when a guest comes in the house but once they get to know you they will settle down. Rules- Check in is 3:00 p.m. No smoking inside the house. Please let us know if you need access to washer/dryer. Noise ordinance in area dictates no loud music/parties after 11:00 p.m. Please let us know if you have any questions.
