Modern apartment/private room 35 mins to NYC

My apartment is in the heart of Maplewood, NJ. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I offer a private bedroom to my guests. I also have a couch and an air mattress for additional guests. Modern appliances, AC/Heat, in-unit washer/dryer, very spacious, and next door to the train station. Zip into NYC in 35 mins. Seton Hall University is in the next town over. My apartment is in the center of Maplewood and next door to the Maplewood Train Station (NJ Transit). NYC is a quick 35 minute direct commute in from Maplewood. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and can comfortably fit about 3-4 guests in my apartment. There is a queen size bed that can fit 2 people, plus the couch in the living room and an air mattress. I reside in the master bedroom which is off-set from the rest of the apartment. The common areas are the living room and the kitchen. Guests will receive a key if staying more than one day. Guests can use their own computer, but a computer is available, if needed. Guests will have access to Wifi, Netflix, Hulu Plus, HBO Go, ShowTime OnDemand. All Utilities are included. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, Lots of closet space. Guests will have their own bathroom and shower. Towels and linens are available. Guests are welcome to use the fridge, kitchen, laundry. I ask that you please replace anything you finish or is almost empty. (Food/drink/detergent/soap/shampoo, etc..) Parking is also available. Guests will be able to contact me directly on my cell phone, or via email. If I am traveling, I will provide you with an Emergency contact who can address your needs. Maplewood is a very cute town. Lots of art, music, concerts, festivals, and best of all is the restaurant scene. Small town but very diverse and culturally aware and accepting. The train station is next door to the apartment building and you can be in New York in about 35 mins. Seton Hall university is also 7 mins away for any parents who want to visit their kids. This town is also a convenient location for Med-school students who are looking at residencies at St. Barnabas Hospital. This location is perfect for using public transportation. The Maplewood Train Station is next door to my apartment. I am on the NJTransit Morris-Essex line. Check the train schedule for timings. Uber is also very convenient. I am 10mins away from Newark Airport.
