Elegant Renovated 19th C Bldg W/ Lift+Balconies 2 Lrg Bdrms

This elegantly appointed apartment in a recently completely renovated 19th C building on rue des Beaux Arts is on the 5th floor with elevator access. It is the epitome of Parisian charm. The neighborhood is sophisticated with beautiful shops and divine restaurants and delightful bistros. Just across the street is L'Hotel, the most charming and expensive hotel on the Left Bank with a restaurant to match it's reputation. The famous École des Beaux Arts is at the end of this short street. Boulevard St Germain is three blocks east where you can watch the Parisiens pass by while sitting and sipping at Deux Magot. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay is in the apartment, including a weekly housekeeper and an on call manager who is fluent in French, English and German. The master bedroom is quite large and has a sitting area and a desk area that faces the fireplace and TV. The master bath is complete with both a tub and enclosed shower the toilet and washer/dryer area can be closed off by a sliding door. A small dressing area with a closet is between the bathroom and the bedroom. The guest/sitting room has a TV in the closet and also opens to the narrow balcony that goes the entire width of the apartment. The guest bath has a fully enclosed shower. All bedding is provided for my guests. The dining room has French doors and a view of the Louvre, across the Seine, can be seen from there. The table seats 6. The kitchen has a super fast electric glass top stove and an oven below. The kitchen is completely stocked for cooking as it is one of my favorite things to do in Paris. The half French windows in the kitchen overlook 19th century chimney pots and the golden dome of the Institut Francais. The kitchen can be closed off with a half glass sliding door. No students are allowed and children who are attentive to their surroundings may be permitted. The weekly rental is 2450 Euros with a 50% deposit required to make a firm reservation. The remaining 50% is due 1 month before arrival date. The keys will be delivered by my on call manager and must be returned no later than noon on the day of your departure.
