"PEACEFUL BLISS" COTTAGE, is truly that! Tucked among the cedars with private backyard. Fully winterized & very clean. Many renovations have been done. New laminate flooring throughout, steel roof, a professionally designed stone patio, all new walkways & garden retaining walls. A new kitchen with granite counter tops! New electric breaker panel just installed. An irrigation system is installed to assure that the gardens, lawn & flower pots are at their best. (Booking is per week for summer) We are a 5 min. walk to the beach and 2 playgrounds, walking and biking trails. Golf courses, shopping and restaurants are all within a 15 minute drive. Rental is for the whole house. All bookings are subject to 13% HST on the booking price which will be paid upon arrival. All contact information is posted in case of any further questions or concerns. We personally meet all of our guests to show them around and again when they depart the property to make sure everything is as clean for the next guest as what it was left for them and there is no damage. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach with two playgrounds on the way. HST 13% tax is not included in the Airbnb rate and must be paid to the owner separately. Linens and towels are supplied upon request for a $100.00 addition charge.
