There are three large bedrooms, one of which is set up with single beds, with availability for a third bed. (see layout in photos). Charges are based on six guests. The two other bedrooms, one of which is downstairs, both have kingsize beds. There is a good size living room and kitchen with dining area, leading to a conservatory which opens to the garden where there are seating areas. A downstairs toilet. The modern bathroom has a large shower, but no bath. A baby bath can be provided on request. TOWELS AVAILABLE AT EXTRA CHARGE. Guests can access all areas of the property and garden but not the garage. Always available by phone, text or email. We leave you to enjoy your holiday but can be available if requested.. Property is in a Private Road and quiet neighbourhood, we ask our guests to respect our neighbours, both when walking/driving in the road and after midnight in the garden. Three pubs, all serving food, within walking distance. The Elmer is a four minute walk, next door to which is a Post Office and a very well stocked general store. Opposite: hairdresser (Website hidden by Airbnb) Middleton-on-Sea village has a Chemist, Gift shop, Take Away Chinese food, General Store, Fish & Chip shop, Post Office, Cafe, Charity shop and beauty salons and Wine shop. Car recommended but direct bus route into Bognor Regis, Littlehampton & Chichester. Bus stop at the end of the road (four minute walk). Perfect for bikes as the land is very flat. There is no bath in the property but baby bath available on request. Shower is (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) so quite large. Minimum four night booking. Discount for 7-night bookings.
