Expect fields, only a small handful of other properties, birds in the trees and a slow drive down the ‘bumpy road’ The property is located approximately 15 minutes by car from local beaches and seaside towns such as Clacton-on-Sea, Frinton-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze and is approximately 20 minutes by car from the historic town of Colchester (Britain’s oldest recorded town) and the University of Essex. The bus stop is located 10 minutes walking distance from the property and offers bus services to Clacton-on-Sea and Colchester. Weeley train station is 20 minutes walking distance from the property. Train services operate to London and the towns inbetween (Colchester, Chelmsford, etc) Please note that there is a stretch of road of approximately 20 metres in distance that does not have a path. This road leads from the property to the bus stop, train station, and other village facilities. A private driveway is provided for your exclusive use and is located immediately in front of the annexe entrance. Wi-fi is not available at this property. No smoking.
