EVERGREEN Bed & Breakfast is located in the commune of Blaru, 5 minutes from Vernon and 15 minutes from Monet's gardens at Giverny. EVERGREEN is an early 18th century country home with two small independant buildings that serve as private appartments. Evergreen is situated on a large park, with a bubbling creek running through it. There is a vegetable garden which provides us with organic seasonal vegetables and fruits. Fresh bread is made daily, which we serve with our breakfast. Dinner arrangements ( Table d'hôte) can be made separately with Suren ( 24 hours before ) who is a graduate chef from the well-known Ecole de Gastronomie Française Ferrandi. EVERGREEN has private and safe parking behind closed walls. Guests are welcomed to enjoy walking in the gardens and on the island. Located in Blaru, EVERGREEN is just 5 minutes from Vernon and 15 minutes from Claude Monet's gardens at Giverny. Guest will find the Impressionist Museum in Giverny and can enjoy day trips to the Chateau Bizy, Vernon, La Roche-Guyon and it's forests, as well as enjoying the many walking paths along the beautiful river Seine. Paris can easily be reached by car or train in only 45 minutes. Trainstation is close to Blaru, an English-speaking taxi service available.
