You will have access to the whole of this ground floor flat Free on street parking We are a letting and holiday letting agency, and act on behalf of the Owner of this property. We will message guests on the day of arrival, via Airbnb, the keys safe location and code so you can arrive at your convenience anytime after 2pm. We will supply you with our office phone number and out of office hours mobiles in case of any issues during your stay. There is no parking with the flat but free unrestricted parking on the road and there is a free public car park approx 5 minute walk away. There are local shops nearby including 1066 store for all your basics, Ocean View cafe (which is a must!) and many take aways, The Castle Inn (is also a must - Paul and Daina who run this are very friendly and provide excellent food! and their pub is also dog friendly). The village also offers various restaurants, library and doctor surgery. Bus stops are a 5 minute walk which will take you towards Eastbourne or Hastings! You can park for free on all surrounding streets. There is a free public car park approx 5 minutes from the property in North Road, opposite our masonbryant, Pevensey Bay office. And there is a pay and display car park in Sea Road the other end of the village, which we understand you can park all day for £3. The property is literally seconds from the pebble beach, which is dog friendly all year round. Bus stops are a 5 minute walk which will take you towards Eastbourne or Hastings! Pevensey Bay train station is about 1/2 a mile distant. Or if you like cycling, there is a cycle path all the way to the Harbour and beyond! all on the flat - so no hills!
