Delightful house within converted Methodist Chapel c1822 Nestling between the market towns of Olney and Newport Pagnall and exactly half way between Oxford and Cambridge. Excellent access to Milton Keynes, Northampton & Bedford with the M1 J14 within 4 miles . Perfectly positioned for short breaks and business trips. The North Bucks countryside has extensive and varied walking and classic English villages. There lots of lovely pubs and restaurants. A much loved, newly decorated entire house in a converted Methodist church which has 5 houses in total. New Karndean flooring laid throughout. Parking is available in the grounds but it is a very narrow entrance so tuck your wing mirrors in . Street parking also available and advisable. We have lived here for 6 years during the business week but have now moved the family home here too so no need for weekly stays! Fully kitted out kitchen to cook a family meal . Washing machine available but please do not wash towels and bedlinen as we prefer to do this . Small double sofa bed ideal for family stays in the sitting room which is made up on request. The duvet and pillows are stored under the lift up bed in the bedroom. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request. Comfortable 150cm wide bed with quality bedlinen & towels is on the 1st floor with the ensuite shower room. The water pressure is good for a decent shower. Gas central heating and hot water on demand .. Fibre Wifi and television. Breakfast hamper for single nights with fresh coffee for the Nespresso coffee machine, various teas, muesli, porridge & milk. There are also oils, condiments and various other bits for use if you are cooking . Own front door with key box for access . We live 10 minutes away so we are available should you need any help Sherington is a small village that is nice to walk around and visit the church and the White Heart which serves good food too. The post office and shop supply the basic necessaries. This is situated in a container in the village hall car park. Supermarkets are in both Olney and Newport Pagnall. Olney is famous for its Pancake Day Race running since 1445 so if you visit on Shrove Tuesday, you are in for a treat! There is a bus that can take you to Olney, Newport Pagnall and Milton Keynes . Milton Keynes Coach Station is located at J14 of the M1 with direct routes from London and many destinations travelling north. Milton Keynes, Bletchley and Bedford Railway stations are within 20 minutes by car Luton Airport and 30 minutes away and Heathrow an hour away
