On the ground floor is: • a cozy living room with direct access to the private terrace (south-west) • a spacious kitchen with dining area incl. Cooker, microwave and dishwasher • the bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryerIn the first floor, which can be reached via a steep space-saving staircase, are the two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds.) A barbecue area, a beautiful lawn and a carport for your car are also available. Shops can be found in about 3 km away, restaurants are nearby.
