This well placed Villa is walking distance to the beach, hotel, swimming pools and mashie course. Built right onto the dam, one can enjoy tranquil morning coffee's or evening BBQ's/sundowners on the patio. There is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and drier), dining room, lounge and patio with built in BBQ/Braai. A cleaning service could be provided as needed, EXCEPT Sundays or public holidays!! Please arrange with the host. The villa is about 500m walking distance to the beach gate.There is also parking space available if you prefer to drive to the beach.There is a lovely walking path going past the lagoon to the hotel, about 500m. 1. Direct access to 2 beautiful beaches with Blue-flag status, Life guards & shark nets (Please note brown colour access armbands (non-refundable) are available to purchase for R10 each at Main reception. These armbands give you access through the security gate by the beach. 2. There is a Superette close to the hotel on site where you can purchase extra dishwasher soap tablets (1 tablet will be provided with arrival), washing powder, extra toilet paper (1 toilet roll per bathroom will be provided with arrival), other toiletries and food items. Please note that no salt, pepper or cooking oil will be provided, only pots and pans and utensils for cooking.
