Spacious, comfortable double room and sole use of luxury bathroom. Plenty of off road parking. The property is in a prime location, within walking distance of the railway station taking you into London Euston in 30 mins. Also convenient for Hemel Hempstead industrial estate, only 10 mins drive. For visitors to the area, we have easy access to London, open countryside and the Grand Union Canal all close by. The Harry Potter Studio is just 20 mins away by car or public transport. The bungalow was built for my grandparents, and has seen 5 generations of the family living here. It is comfortable, friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, due to a reaction to cavity wall installation, there is some peeling to the external paint for which I am currently researching a solution. Please don't be put off by this, it is purely cosmetic and has no effect on the high quality of the inside accommodation at all. You will have sole use of the bedroom and bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen. If you would like to socialise, feel free to join me in the living room. Boxmoor is a friendly and safe neighbourhood. The property is on a quiet road, with moderate traffic at busy times of the day. We have a spacious drive, offering plenty of parking. A bus passes the house throughout the day - you can stand outside the house and wave it down! The bus will take you down to the station, and into Hemel Hempstead town centre. The train station is 15 minutes walk down the hill. Trains run every 20 mins into London Euston, or north towards Milton Keynes and Birmingham. Bus services are also available to catch from the Railway Station, or in the centre of Hemel town Breakfast will not be provided, although tea and coffee are available in the room, and you are welcome to help yourself to a slice of toast in the kitchen.
