Relax in this luxury boutique apartment located within a stylish, distinctive merchants building in the heart of Malton. The accommodation comprises of: entrance hall with guest cloakroom, utility room, open plan living area with contemporary feature inset fire, high specification kitchen and dining area. Double bedroom with a luxury en-suite and private terrace. There is WiFi and underfloor heating. Free parking outside the property and space for 2 bikes within the storage areas. The accommodation has been beautifully furnished and decorated specifically for the guests enjoyment, there is even a smart TV in the bedroom and wine cooler in the kitchen. The lounge/diner/kitchen is open plan, the underground heating is great and there is an electric fire if you need a bit more cosiness. The large smart TV will enable you to watch all your favourite films and shows (provided you can remember your passwords). The kitchen is fully equipped with china, glasses, pots, pans and utensils, there is an integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster and kettle. There is a separate utility room with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board (should you really want to do this on holiday). It would be suitable for couples, singles and business travellers (a desk can be supplied for longer stays). There is secure storage for 2 bikes,bikes, located in the underground store. Please contact me to reserve this (no charge). Minimum stay is 2nights. Guests have access to the communal courtyard and underground storage area. The car park space for no. 2 is directly in front of the property. In front of the window furthest away from the entrance door on your left. Bins are kept behind the communal courtyard, through a door at the far left hand side of the courtyard. Malton is such a lovely place and set in a gorgeous area, with great attractions close by, such as Castle Howard, Eden Camp and the North Yorkshire Moors National park. Malton has become known as the food capital of Yorkshire in recent years, due to its lovely coffee shops, eateries and regular food markets. I really love the independent home and fashion shops, it even has its own gin distillery. Malton has great train and bus links to the coast and city of York. These are about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. However if you are in the car, the A64 which bypasses Malton provides great access to the surrounding area. York is only a 30 minute drive away. The property faces onto Malton Cattle Market which is held on a Tuesday and Friday. There could be a bit of agricultural noise, but in my mind this just adds to the charm of the location.
