En-suite Dble Room Annexe in Ashurst New Forest

Charming room in a peaceful location just 5 minutes walk from Ashurst New Forest Train Station, and a 10 walk away from being deep in the Forest. There are many local pubs and eateries & & shops and a bus stop at the end of the road for buses towards Southampton, Lyndhurst or Lymington, with links to explore the region and a short train journey will take you to Bournemouth for the beaches! There is so much to explore in the New Forest all year round and Ashurst is a great base to explore from. The annexe is a comfortable double room with King Size antique brass bed. Cotton sheets and towels , there are 2 feather and 2 non feather pillows, non feather duvet and extra blankets in the wardrobe . There are tea and coffee making facilities. There is a small, silent fridge and a large TV with freeview & DVD player. We have put a small Folding Table and chair under the bed should you wish yo sit at a table - there’s a table cloth and place matts with them too. There is WiFi & small selection of Dvds to enjoy while you are here. Just outside the entrance there is a small patio area for you with a table & chairs . You will find small welcome complimentary soap, shower gel and shampoo in the shower room for your first night. There is ample room for you to park directly in front of the annexe (it is an annexe within the main house but with its own private entrance to the left side of the house) Just your room & bathroom and the little patio area directly outside the annexe door. Also parking in front of the house as indicated on the left by the gate to the annexe . You will need to contact us for access details for your arrival If you have a query we are glad to help but leave you to enjoy your privacy . We are 5 mins walk from Ashurst New Forest station. Direct trains to London Waterloo, Southampton, Southampton Airport, Winchester, Bournemouth and Poole. There are lots of local places to eat and many local walks. Lyndhurst is a 5 minute drive and a charming town with a New Forest Visitor Centre, many shops eateries, pubs and tea rooms. A beautiful historic Church and is steeped in local history . The New Forest is a place of exceptional beauty and a joy to explore. A car is useful but not necessary . There are bike hire places in Lyndhurst , local buses and train station are all close and this is an area with many local walks. We are occasionally early risers and try to be as quiet as possible. We are not always at home but contactable on our phones .
