We welcome you to our four bedroom family home situated in Leigh-on-sea, which was voted the happiest place to live in 2018. Situated moments away from Chalkwell park and close to Leigh Broadway, you won’t be stuck for things to do. With Southend airport and hospital being a short drive away, you will find our house nicely situated for all your needs. Old leigh (for riverside pubs) is a picturesque walk along the beach. Hadleigh castle and Belfairs woods are within easy driving distance. You will have sole use of our two story family home, located in a quiet tree lined street comprising of four bedrooms with private garden. Ground floor Living room with four seated sofa, chair, television and working fire place. Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4-6 people, dishwasher and double gas hob. Utility room with microwave, washing machine and separate dryer with entrance to the garden. Play room with 3 seated sofa bed, gas fire and television/playstation with further entrance to the garden. A downstairs lavatory off the hallway. First floor Master bedroom with superking bed. Guest room with double bed and wardrobe. Childrens room with bunk bed for two people. Childrens bedroom with small toddler bed (suitable for child up to age 5). Bathroom with standalone bath and separate shower. Garden A small garden with patio/lawned area with non-gas BBQ. Seating for 6 people and a sandpit table for children. Parking On street parking, which can be busy at some times but spaces are always found. A travel cot can also be provided upon re-quest for no extra charge. Guests have full access to everything our home has to offer. We will remain local and always very happy to help, as are our neighbours who are very friendly. Leigh broadway has ample Coffee shops, breakfast places and restaurants. We are more than happy to help you find what you need. Hadleigh castle is a beautiful walk and a must visit. Adventure Island is an amusement park with indoor soft play located in Southend; a few miles away. Trains to London are very fast, taking 40 mins to West Ham/Stratford or 10 mins longer to Fenchurch Street. The train station is less than 10 minutes walk and will also take you to Southend and Basildon. The local pubs, restaurants and parks are well within walking distance.
