Best way to go around is by bike. There is bus station 400 m away and taxi cost to downtown 3-4 EUR All guests have to pay tourist tax - 3,13 EUR/day, that is collected by city of Ljubljana. If anyone doesnt collect and pay it, it can be big problem for both of You. So dont book with hosts that doesnt collect it
