Vatten tas i badrummet 2 meter från köksinredningen. Welcome to the villa in the safe and quiet residental area Djursholm. 4 min walk to lokal train. 14 min to city and University. Separate entrance to private suite with two bedrooms and bathroom. Water for cooking is fetched in the bathroom 2 meters from the kitchen. Guest suite with hall, room for cooking food, washing up room, two bedrooms and bathroom. Total 40 squermeter with 3 squermeter terrace. You reach the rooms with your key thrue a common room, for the house maintenance, in the ground floor. First bedroom with a very comfortable smaler bed for two and second room with a comfortable single bed. In the the room connected to the two rooms and bathroom you have a hotplate, micro owen, ( if requested small owen and eggboiler) toaster, fridge with freezer, kettle, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. The coffee you prefer (coffe maker, press or instant coffee) and different teas. Fully equiped bathroom with bathtub shower. And separate dushcabin if needed. Two towels per person, one floor towel, one small towel and one kitchentowel. Cleaning equipment, washing-up liquid, showercream, soap and some toiletpaper is included. Ett litet rum med kokplatta, microvågsugn, kylskåp med frysfack, vattenkokare, kaffekokare (eller kaffepress) och brödrost. (Vid önskemål liten vanlig ugn och äggkokare) Bestick, tallrikar, glas, koppar, te/kaffe . Kökstillbehör. Badrum med wc, bidé, handfat och badkar. Det är inget kök men vi har satt in kokplatta, microvågsugn och vanlig liten ugn, kyl med frysfack, vattenkokare och brödrost. Ni får gärna en kaffekokare eller kaffepress, äggkokare, strykjärn och strykbräda om så önskas. Värden tvättar er tvätt eller så använder ni den lilla tvättmaskinen. Från terrassdörren nås egen liten uteplats med bord och stolar i trädgården. Ett naturresevat med elljusspår och Djursholms golfbana ligger några minuters prommenad från huset. Your hoast Madelein welcome you at Altorp station or at the house, guide you to the suite, give you your own key and then you have contact thrue Airbnb or in person. It is located on the Boltic sea and borders Stockholm city. Many houses are old, big and beautiful with big trees in the gardens. There are a golf corse, farmes and forests in the area. You can walk to the station in 4 min (15 min ride to Stockholm, Östra Station)or walk to a nice restaurant in Djursholms torg near Boltic sea and look at the beautiful beach villas. Det tar 4 min att gå till tågstationen (15 min resa med tåg till Östra station) och 15 min att gå till Djursholms torg nära havet där det finns trevliga restauranger och COOP nära. Notify check-in and check-out time if you know it as soon as possible. There is a minikitchen but water is 2 meter away in the bathroom. There is a cookingplate, microwave owen, small owen, eggboiler, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettler, glas, plates and cutlery.
