The hops historic villa

Historical countryside house located in the Sudetes and built by Germans at the end of the 19th Century. Entirely renovated in 2020, the house was used as school and sucessively a village townhall. I offer the ground floor for my guests and keep my personal belongings at the first floor. The village is surrounded by forests and fields. The house is a relaxing place immerse in a farmers village. You can walk to the nearest farm to get fresh milk, eggs or Honey. You will love to sleep in the 20 sq.m bedroom with high ceiling and an historic painted fresco. The kitchen is also large with high ceilings and an alcove surrunded by windows. The living room as a wood stove to heat the house and add a cosy atmosphere. The groundfloor of the house is dedicated to the confort of our guests. Velká Černoc is located in the wooden and slightly elevated (400 m) area of Džbánsko. The area is great for hiking, biking (there are marked trails), mushroom or blueberry picking. For horse lovers, there is the possibility of horseback riding with basic training for beginners. Prague is 70 km away (1 hour driving). Karlovy Vary is 65 km away (55 minutes).
