Charming Austrian Village Retreat

Our cozy apartment is perfect for a relaxing week or weekend in the Austrian winter mountains. We have a fully functional kitchen with all amenities needed and the main floor is home to a traditional Austrian hunters guesthouse (cash only). The living rooms, with leather couch and 55 inch TV, offers a great way to relax after your hike or ski trip. The romantic master bedroom features its own TV, and a small balcony ideal for your daily morning coffee overlooking the town and the river. Enjoy! Lots of light, surrounded by mountains. My mother Ursula runs a restaurant/pub on the main floor of the house providing drinks and food throughout the day. We are close to many cross-country ski slopes and ski lifts (closest is only 10mins by car on the Feistritzsattel). Everything besides one locked closet for our personal items. The local contact is available daily on the premises, owners contactable via email or Airbnb. This house is set in the middle of the mountains where guests have lots of hiking opportunities. In the winter there is a small downhill ski lift 10 minutes away and cross country trail about 10 minutes away (each by car). The place is between Vienna and Graz, each about 1 hour drive. While there is no public transit available on a regular basis, the house is easily accessible by car from either Styria or Lower Austria route. Airport taxi for either Vienna or Graz will serve this area. Perfect place to take a break and relax.
