NEWLY RENOVATED BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN!! Cozy double upstairs apartment (65m2) in a municipal monument building located in the historic centre of Delft. Located in a quiet street with views over the Rijn-Schiekanaal. This spacious and comfortable one-bedroom apartment is ideal for two people. The high ceiling and the high window sections ensure that the house is wonderfully light, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. We live 200mt down the road and we are always happy to help. Kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, 6 burners Miele cooking stove, dishwasher, fridge and an italian coffee machine (Moca) plus that basic stuff you always need and don't want to buy! (sugar, honey, coffe, salt, olive oil,pepper..). WiFi throughout the house with Smart TV and Netflix account. Enjoy our books, vinyl, and italian movies collection! In the large open-space living room there is a sofa bed where two adults can comfortably sleep. Also, at this level, there is an apart toilet. Adjacent to the main bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower, toilet and washer and drier combined. The space is not recommended for children below 4 because there are two sets of steep stairs without gates and open windows may not be safe for a small child that can climb. Please note the stairs are very Dutch style, so narrow, steep and with a small landing, thus not suitable for people with limited mobility. The garden in the photos is in view from the living room but it's not for the guests use. there is no outdoor space available being an upstairs apartment. This is an upstairs apartment, guest will access the entire place. Guests have the entire house for themselves This is a quiet neighborhood, so we expect guest to be respectful of the surroundings and limit evening noises especially since downstairs the apartment is occupied. This is Delft city-center, parking garages are walking distance. 13 min walk from the train station . 5 min walk to nearest supermarket ,cinema, shopping area. 20min walk to TU Delft University. Walking distance from beautiful Delftse Hout park. On street bike-rack 50mt from the house.
