Long walks along the beach and surrounding parks, and well serviced with shops, and for those requiring bars and Restaurants within 3 minute walk. Decking area to the rear - although please be careful during wet weather. Plenty of free parking in front and around the Cottage. A quiet neighbourhood only a short walk to beachfront bars, restaurants and attractions. Easy transportation links to major roads and 10 minute walk to the Metro system linking the centre of Sunderland, Newcastle and Airport within easy reach.
