Stylish townhouse nr. Bicester Village & Oxford.

Located only 15 minutes walk from Bicester Village is our modern, clean & cosy home - perfect for commuters or those visiting Bicester Village. You will stay in a stylish double room which includes amenities such as tea & coffee facilities, a Netflix enabled TV, a hairdryer, and toiletries for your convenience. You can expect fresh towels and bedding, and a high-quality and comfortable mattress to sleep on. The guest room comprises: a large master double bed, drawers and hanging rail storage and a Netflix enabled tv for entertainment. Blackout curtains keep the outdoor light to a minimum and, as the room is at the back of the house, outdoor/road noise is not an issue. A good-sized private guest bathroom with a shower and toilet is available to use. This is not an en-suite and is accessible on the floor below. The kitchen/dining area is free to use if you need a space to eat a take away in the evening. We do, however, ask that guests do not cook in the kitchen. If you are peckish, we recommend utilising the Coop convenience store or the traditional fish & chip restaurant a few doors down, for a quick and easy meal. A Tesco superstore is a 10-minute walk away for everything else. There is an abundance of free overnight parking opposite the house. Guests are welcome to access our garden for some fresh air or to smoke. We also have a very friendly Cocker Spaniel called Milo. He’s an absolute softie and loves meeting new people. Guests will have access to the guest double bedroom, a private bathroom with shower and the kitchen/dining area. Lucy and I will typically be available in the house for the duration of your stay (unless mentioned). If we are not present in the house, we will always be contactable on mobile. For urgent issues, our friendly neighbours have been briefed and will be happy to help. The Bicester town centre, with its shops, pubs, restaurants, and cinema, is a short 25-minute walk away and the famous Bicester Village shopping outlet is a 15-minute walk. We are situated near good road and rail networks, to prime locations such as London, Warwick, Silverstone, and Oxford. A shuttle bus to and from Bicester town centre and Bicester Village stops opposite the house. Bus times can be provided. Bicester Village train station is a 20-minute walk. Bicester North train station is a 25-minute walk. Both stations will take you to London within the hour and Oxford in under 20 minutes. We are also a 3 min drive off J9 M40, which also takes you directly to London and up to Birmingham. We have a lovely and very friendly Cocker Spaniel called Milo. He is well house trained and loves meeting new people.
