Gîte for 4 people, in an 18th century farmhouse. The gîte is located on the east gable of the farmhouse. You benefit from the orchard for your moments outside, a large wooded and enclosed space which offers you privacy. You are in the countryside, while being close to Château-Gontier. Neuf Sauveloup is a hamlet of a few houses, on the hillside, in a quiet area. The town of Château-Gontier is well known for the quality of its facilities and its gardens, the town from which the label rewarding the Villes Fleuries originates. The "Le Refuge de l'Arche" animal park is the most visited site in Mayenne. Its success is linked to the variety of animals presented, the facilities for games and picnic areas for families and groups...and its very low price (compared to a zoo). Château-Gontier is also a town on the Mayenne, its port offers many activities: water skiing, rental of pedal boats or bicycles to follow the towpath.
