New home, situated on the 96 acre estate of the Connecticut Equestrian Center, in a secluded location, overlooking the Skungamaug river, with river trails and country walks. Facilities include the use of 2 squash courts and horse riding lessons. 15 minute drive from the UConn Storrs campus This is a luxury home in immaculate condition, situated in a quiet corner of the Connecticut Equestrian Center estate. Guests are welcome to walk the trails of the estate. There are two new, international squash courts, complete with change rooms and gym equipment, in the adjacent barn. Guests can also use the floodlit tennis court which is a short 3-minute drive down the road. Horse riding lessons are available by arrangement with the estate manager. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, the house has a large loft area that has mostly visual, but not audial privacy. The loft has a futon and a queen bed. The historic town of Coventry is a tranquil, rural, New England setting. The Nathan Hale homestead in Coventry is the venue of the renown farmers market which takes place every Sunday from 11:00 to 2:00, from June through October. The 2000 acre Nathan Hale state forest is a 5-minute walk down the road, and offers trails and hunting. The home is 35 minutes from Bradley International Airport and 30 minutes from the train station in central Hartford. Uber and Lyft transport is generally available in the area.
