Double room available in a house located 20 min from the city ctr. House has a back garden Bathroom -shower ( no bath due to solar panels not heating enough water during winter) Toiletries avail. Basic breakfast items available ( eg. Cereal, milk, bread, tea and coffee) No MICROWAVE Shared: Bathroom and kitchen Living room-PRIVATE The house is located 10 min. from: beautiful Strelley village. There are also local shops. House has resident cats x Please close all door quietly It is peaceful ( I hope :) and warm house, close to all amenities. Please note: no microwave. Electric shower available, however due to water being heated with Solar panels, hot baths are not available during winter months duebto lack of sun Easy access to city ctr. House is close to a beautiful village with lovely walks and a pub. Shared bathroom and kitchen area I am always available to answer any questions guest may have. I don't mind company but like to give people a space/unlike my cats :) It is relatively quiet residential neighborhood ( however sometimes there are children playing outside -so if u sleep during a day, I can provide an ear plugs) with few local shops near by. There is also gym with pool, sauna and steam room. Less than mile away is Strelley Village. Easy acces to city centre by 28 bus. The best way to get to my place is either: bus 28 or taxi ( approx £11 from city ctr) or a car. You can park on the driveway, however it's a narrow one. I would like for everyone who stays at my house to feel peaceful and relaxed
