Argyll Coach House, Cirencester
Argyll Coach House is a beautifully converted one bedroom holiday cottage, within a walled town garden. It is located right in the centre of Cirencester, just a stone's throw from the historic market place with its many shops, pubs and bars. The living space consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with cosy underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, which has a bathroom and an open plan bedroom with a king-sized bed. The self catering cottage is furnished to reflect the owners' profession as dealers in midcentury design. It adjoins the owners’ house and guests are more than welcome to share the use of the beautiful walled garden, including mature trees, a pond, lawns and terrace. Argyll Coach House is perfect for a relaxing Cotswold break. The historic market place is only a few minutes walking distance away and the beauty of the countryside is on the doorstep. Guests are very welcome to enjoy the beautiful walled garden, in addition to the Coach House accommodation. We live in Argyll House, which is next door to the Coach House. We are normally able to welcome guests on arrival. We are happy to make recommendations about what to do and where to go - we have lived in Cirencester for 20 years! Town attractions include: The Corinium Museum, Cirencester Park, The Abbey Grounds, New Brewery Arts, The newly restored parish church, The outdoor lido from May onwards, Cirencester Park Polo. Some of our favourite places to eat in Cirencester include: Made by Bob, Soushi, The Fleece, Somewhere Else, Keith's coffee shop, Jesse's Bistro, Pizza Express.
