The apartment offers 40sqm of space and all the comfort you need for a relaxing or active vacation. The 2018 completely renovated and newly equipped apartment has a beautiful view and is located in the quiet part of the hotel complex. You can enjoy the sun almost all day on the large balcony. The complex offers a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness room and in summer an outdoor pool with a slide. The Family World / Indoor playground makes children's hearts beat faster. The living room The apartment is designed for 2 adults and 2, at most 3, children. It is located in house 7 on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything your heart desires. There is an additional oven, an additional freezer and a washing machine incl. Dryer. The large corner cabinet offers enough space. A hairdryer and cosmetic mirror are available in the bathroom. There are board games, a ball and sand toys for the children. The apartment has a DVD player and of course satellite TV. Internet or WiFi is available (however, transmission speed is still being worked on) For the musical entertainment there is also a Xounts sound system incl. Lamp. (can be connected to any cell phone via Bluetooth) Access for guests The large swimming pool, the fitness room and the sauna can be used. The path to the swimming pool can be reached in 1 minute via the bathrobe corridor. The Family World is available to guests for a fee. Table tennis tables and a mini golf course are also available. (TT clubs, TT net and mini golf clubs and balls are available in the apartment) There is a private parking space in the garage for guests. The check-in is flexible and the apartment can still be used until 9 p.m. on the day of departure !!!! Interaction with guests We are not on site ourselves, but have a contact person on site. This is always available for questions. The key can be removed directly from the key safe on the apartment door. The front door key for house 7 is also in the key safe in front of the front door to house 7 Other important information When booking, an additional 40 € will be charged for the final cleaning and from the third guest 4 € per guest per day.
