The Helfant House is located 1.5 miles from the Colgate Inn and less than 1 mile from the Seven Oaks Golf Course. It contains 4/5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. The house is situated on 9 acres of land surrounded by gorgeous trees. Our home contains wood floors both upstairs (cherry) and downstairs (birch, curly maple and oak) with cherry doors and cherry molding. Air conditioning is available downstairs via air vents that can bring cool air from the basement into the first floor. In addition, there are two air conditioning units located upstairs. Wireless internet is available using guest access. There is a level 2 (220 Volt) charger located in the garage that will fully charge a Tesla or equivalent EV overnight. The EV charger is available to guests and included in the nightLy fee. Note that rental amounts for Colgate Graduation Weekend and Parents / Family Weekend exceeds the regular rates stated above. The Helfant House does not accommodate pets. Guests can access the main house through either the main front door, the back sliding door or the garage entry-way into the mudroom. Guests are welcomed upon arrival. Host is available if and when needed. The house is located roughly 1.5 miles from the Colgate Inn in downtown Hamilton, New York.
