A cozy 2.5 room apartment (about 50m2) in the middle of the city center, right on the Viktualienmarkt. It is only 5 minutes from Marienplatz, there are subway and S-Bahn stops. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed with a sleeping area of about 180X205 cm. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people with bed linen and Terry towels! The entrance area is generous and it has a locker. Please leave the street shoes in the entrance area and move with socks or slippers in the apartment - the floor is warm thanks to the floor heating! The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a Nespresso machine and a milk frother. The bathroom is spacious and there is a hairdryer available! The bathroom has a washer-dryer. Although the apartment is located in the center, it is absolutely quiet - all windows go out into the motor-free courtyard. For our guests WLAN, a TV and a radio with CD player are available. The mandatory smoke detectors in Germany are installed in the entrance area and in the bedroom. No smoking in the apartment! The apartment is in the 1. Floor, it has a lift.
