ST Georges Seaview is a new property that has recently became available as a holiday home/ serviced accommodation. The property consists of Sitting room with sofa bed, ground floor bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, utility area, and shower room with toilet and washbasin, 3 no first floor bedrooms one with an ensuite and also another shower room. There is also access to a large roof garden accessible from both the ground floor and first floor Guests will have access to all of the ground floor and all of the first floor. Upon arrival there will be someone to welcome you and show you around the property. During your stay myself or my partner will be on hand to assist you with any queries that you may have. Our contact details are situated in the property for easy access. The street where the property is situated is approximately 200 metres from the sea front which is ideal for walks along the coast and consists of mainly residential properties and 4no guesthouses. It is a very nice neighbourhood and close to numerous bars/restaurants all within walking distance. Very close to the address is a regular bus service approximately 300 metres away and the nearest metro station is approximately 1/2 mile away. There is also numerous taxi services close by. Parking for your own vechicle is available on the road outside of the property. The property is not available for stag/hen parties or any groups similar groups.
