Sunshine Cottage

Sunshine Cottage, located on a 7 acre lake boasts two bed rooms and two baths. The master has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a daybed with trundle. The queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room is very comfortable. Sunshine Cottage's full kitchen is fully stocked. The family friendly dining room has seating for six. The sun-filled breakfast room is perfect for morning coffee while looking at the lake. There is back yard fishing availiable with no license required. No smoking is allowed in the house. Smart TV with WIFI is availiable. We have an excellent fishing lake with access from the shore fishing is permitted with Texas State rules even though no license is required. We live next door and are available if needed.
