At the far end of the kitchen is a beautifully tiled wet room with a shower, wash basin and WC. Upstairs there is a cosy mezzanine bedroom with a super comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a hanging rail and a velux window allowing plenty of natural light into the room. There is also a small rear patio with outdoor table and chairs where you can ease into the long summer evenings with a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Ideally located in the picturesque village of Middleton, there is a fantastic local pub called The Bell almost on your doorstep and if you want to venture further afield then the equally as beautiful village of Westleton is a 25 minute walk away and offers two pubs, The Westleton Crown and The White Horse as well as The Westleton Tea Shop. A little over 4 miles away is coastal village of Dunwich where you can enjoy fabulous beach walks up the coast towards Walberswick and Southwold or down the coast towards Dunwich Heath, RSPB Minsmere, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh.
