Moreover, the town is also a great base for walking, with access to Offa’s Dyke, the Llanymynech Wharf to Vyrnwy Aqueduct walk and the Montgomery Canal trail, each great for wildlife spotting. Nearby is the county town of Shrewsbury, a bustling town filled with shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as history to explore.
