You will have free rein of 80 gorgeous acres with forest trails, boulder paths & a beautiful urban ranch house. Play outside all day...hours of hiking, biking & exploring. Then relax & have fun playing shuffleboard & ping pong. At night, enjoy with brightest stars you've ever seen! Get away from it all in a peaceful country setting. 1500 s.f. Modern Ranch House Kitchen is open to HUGE living and dining. Ready for entertainment with shuffleboard table, ping ping, old school popcorn machine, bar, wine fridge, and TONS of table seating. Tastefully designed and fully stocked! 1 bedroom w/queen bed, wall mount flat screen TV with soundbar, dresser and closet storage. There is also a pack & play in the bedroom closet if needed. 1 bathroom w/tub & shower, industrial modern custom vanity. Huge main living space with couches and two air mattresses. The 2 queen size air mattresses (in bedroom closet) sleep two people each and the long couch sleeps one. There are also four full-length folding single camp cots in the master closet. Shuffleboard, ping pong, electric fireplace, wall mount TV and sound bar, rustic wet bar that seats 3 more, main dining table seats 8, bar height dining table seats 4 more, plus sitting/reading area with two plush leather arm chairs. Two outdoor covered sitting porches - perfect for enjoying the country scenery. Rocking chairs to take in the country landscape & another covered sitting porch with cushioned outdoor furniture and ambient lighting for the evenings! Full-size gas grill is provided on patio for your convenience. We are a short drive (about 25 minutes) outside of Stillwater. Since we are in the country, we will send you detailed location instructions once you book. This is a GREAT little getaway from the hustle and bustle and LOTS of fun! Peaceful country setting, close to small towns and major metros. Oilton is 3 miles away (gas and grocery), Mannford (Keystone Lake) is 15 miles away (grocery, gas & dining options). Yale is 7 miles away (Mexican restaurant and steakhouse). Stillwater 25 miles away. Parties and events are not allowed. We have a very small freezer...if you want to keep ice or frozen goods on hand, you might bring an ice chest. We have a trampoline, child’s swing, and some deer stands with ladders on the property. Please use caution. Do not climb ladders. Use trampoline and child’s swing at your own risk.
