Private apartment with large kitchen and 2 parking spaces. 10 mins from airport. Wharfe meadows park and river view from the dining room balcony and sitting room. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets within 2 min walk. Ideal base for cycling/walking breaks, close to Chevin forest park, Ilkley moor and the Yorkshire dales. Safe cycle store and use of hosepipe. Absolutely no smoking or pets. Cot and single futon also available. We have a quiet time of 11pm till 7am to not disturb neighbours. Laundry service available for stays over 3 days. Children must be kept under control and quiet to avoid disturbing neighbours below so no running and jumping please! Any breakables/lamps will be lifted up or removed to avoid damage. We have private off road parking for up to 2 cars if needed and set in a private court of only 3 properties with CCTV. The property is set close to the River wharfe and Wharfemeadows park circular walk on good tarmac paths or There are nice walks on Otley Chevin and Ilkley moor.Being a Historic market town we have a good range of cafes, shops and bars within a few minutes walk. Access to your private balcony via dining room. All Children to be supervised at all times. Strictly no running about and jumping! Please wear them out in the park across the road.. We live in the ground floor apartment so will be on hand with any quieries. You may have a guest in other apartment across the landing. Otley has many restaurants, bars and shops within minutes walk. The property is set close to the River wharfe and Wharfemeadows park. There are nice walks on Otley Chevin or a short drive or bus to Ilkley moor. Otley is the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales. Leave by the North side and you will be in open countryside within a few minutes drive. If you like the City we are close to Leeds and Bradford by car or Bus or the Spa town of Harrogate or Ilkley and its famous moor. The entrance Hall and staircase is shared with 1 person but you then have your own front door leading to the apartment. Outdoor socket available for topping up hybrid or electric cars. Note, it is not a dedicated EVCU however there are EV charging spaces 2 mins walk from our property.
