Magic hut at the heart of Czech

This cottage is located near to Prague. It´s great place to discover many local sights. After demanding days our hut offers a calm place to relax and sport with friends. The village is close to Vltava river, there are few pubs, one restaurant, and store. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the smart house, and the magic garden. My place is good for creative couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). My place is close to family-friendly activities located very near to Prague. It´s ideal place to discover all Czech republic sightseeing sites. After demanding days our hut offers a calm place to relax. Also, it´s great place to sport with friends at the close playground. There is no road a front of this place, so the children are very safe. In the house ground floor is main living space with large doors to garden. There is the kitchen, table for six people, sofabed, stoves, etc. On the floor are two bedrooms with low double beds and shelves. Bed in the small bedroom is possible to detach to four matrasses, so it´s possible to make sleeping places on the floor instead of sofa bed on the ground floor. This is the great option for children. Chairs can be blocked by removable Ikea fences on the both sides! You can use whole house and garden. Parking is in the garden or a front of property, at the death-end street. I´m open to help you manage your stay. In the hut is the internet, I can try to give you ideas where to go or whatever we´ll discuss... As we are artists, have three kids and design gallery at Prague, we prefer creative decent people. Not kind of boozing trips or cool celebrations... The village is close to Vltava river, there is one simple grocery store, bakery, few pubs, one restaurant and auto camp. Hut is just by football playground and public playground. There are football matches, usually by the weekends, nothing big - noise etc is acceptable.. on the other hand you have the place for volleyball, tennis etc most of the time just for you. Supermarkets are nearby the way to Prague or smaller shops at the neighboring village Davle. For everyday whole day trips to Prague is maybe better to find something closer, especially if you plan to spend evenings or nights there.. (but Uber wors well and is acceptable cheap) Great thing is to sit down at the garden and relax after a busy day. With children very good idea.. Around the village are few walks, and I recommend to have a car to reach much nicer and interesting places.. In radius cca 20km you can find bathing places at Slapy dam, wakeboarding at Vltava river, canoeing at Sázava river and plenty of interesting sights. You can be very quickly (35 - 45 min) at the center of Prague by public transport or by own car. To reach other Czech sights you have good position near by all main highways. (swimming directly in the village is possible, but entrance to the water is not comfortable as is just by the road.. It´s better to drive to the Slapy dam) In the winter time, especially under zero temperature is possible to be there, but not 100% comfortable as by the summer. There is insulation in the walls of the hut. We installed new pellets stoves, what can heat up to 24 hours without maintenance, so it´s much more comfortable than last year, but still, the WC is sometimes very cold.. There is the road nearby, (not visible, not close the property) but you can hear the traffic, again nothing special, the speed is 50kmh there. As I know the place I don´t mind, but there was feedback so I want to be clear..
