This modern built terraced property is in the heart of the historic town centre of Lewes. Just minutes from the shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants yet very quiet. It boasts an enclosed garden to the rear with a nautical them as well as off road parking. It is maintained to a very high standard. Lewes has it's own cinema, brewery and a castle with stunning panoramic views across Sussex and the River Ouse. Great access for walks. Only 7 miles from Brighton. 5 steps to entrance. Ground Floor: Living/dining room: With 42" Smart TV and French doors leading to garden. Kitchen: With electric oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Separate toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed. Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be zipped together to make a super kingsize on request for a £10 fee). Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet. Gas central heating. WiFi. Bed linens, towels and loo rolls are included. The fully equipped kitchen has the all the basics to get you started: coffee, tea, biscuits, pint of milk, salt, pepper, cooking oil, paper towel, bin liners, sponges, tea towels, cleaning supplies, laundry powder, etc. There is shampoo and conditioner stored in the bathroom cabinet. The living room and bedrooms have the latest models of the Dyson Cool Me* Air purifiers. The house is suitable for one infant. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Nautical themed enclosed garden with comfortable furniture, gas barbecue and firepit as well as a sheltered porch area that seats 2. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Well behaved dogs are welcome (one dog per booking) but a £20 per stay supplement would apply. Dog bed available upon request. The entire property is for guest use. I live off site but nearby. Either myself or my co host, Verna, is available anytime should there be a problem or if you have any questions. We both live in the area. Our mobile numbers are provided upon booking confirmation. The property has self check in / check out with a key safe outside. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the historic Cliffe High Street. Lots of nearby quaint shops and cafes. Lovely to sit on the bench overlooking the river listening to live street musicians. Bi-Monthly farmers market 2 minute walk away. Weekly farmers markets 10 minute walk away. Upon confirmation you will have access to the house manual which has lots of great information about geting around and places to see, etc. To limit the potential spread of Covid 19, I have removed the inside cushions, the reference books and guest book, games and toys, as well as the throw blankets. You may want to bring your own throw blankets to use on cool evenings sitting in the garden. Also, it worth noting that most of the electrical sockets are fitted with multiplugs. The multiplugs will fit most plug sizes and have USB ports. This means you only need the wire part of your phone charger, not the plug itself.
