Summer Wine and Holmfirth holiday home

A spacious, secluded 3 bedroom house nestled in the middle of Last of the Summer Wine Country offering beds for 6 guests, parking for 3 cars and easy access to the surrounding villages and towns by public transport. In view of Covid 19 I am using the Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol. There are extra cleaning products available for guests including disposable gloves. The house offers free Wifi, TV in the living room and in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen has all you would expect in a family home. Laundry facilities are available in the utility room. There is a small toilet downstairs with a large family bathroom upstairs with both shower and bath. There is a split level dining and lounge with 6 seater dining table. Meals can be taken in the conservatory which has comfortable seating for 8 people at a small round table and a coffee table. Bedding and towels are provided as are basic toiletries. You will have access to all areas of the house apart from 1 small box room and the garage. There is a 13A socket on the front wall of the house that can be used to charge an electric car. Please let me know if you want this powered as it is normally disabled. Rest assured,your host is available by either by text or email and an emergency contact number will be provided. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood yet has a local shop, Asian takeaway, sandwich shop and pub all within easy walking disitance. The house is 5 minutes walk from the Brockholes railway station that connects to Huddersfield and Sheffield. Bus stops within a 5 minute walk will take you to Holmfirth or Huddersfeld. There is a high chair available for infants but no cot is available. Due to steps in the living room and the steps to the conservatory outside the property is not totally infant friendly.
