Casa Dosolina is the home of one of the historic families of S. Vito in which last century grandmother Dosolina gave birth and raised 8 children. One of the grandchildren has recently renovated the portion of the house where grandmother Dosolina has always welcomed friends, relatives and countless grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In this affection center there is now a comfortable apartment where on the ground floor there is a small kitchen and a cozy living room. From the living room with a harmonious open staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom. The house is along the historic Statale di Alemagna, about 10 km away. from Cortina D’Ampezzo, Pearl of the Dolomites. A short walk from the house leads to the cycle path called "The long way of the Dolomites" which passes through woods and beautiful villages, surrounded by the most beautiful Dolomite peaks (Antelao, Pelmo, Faloria, Cristallo, Cinque Torri, Tofane, Tre Cime di Lavaredo ). In 10 minutes on foot you reach the center of San Vito di Cadore and almost opposite the house there is a bus stop. The ideal place for a holiday in the Dolomites that in 2009 UNESCO declared Natural Heritage of Humanity.
