The Space: This brand new holiday property offers generously sized open plan living. A fabulously well equipped kitchen and a really well thought through living area with a smart TV and electric fireplace. Extremely comfortable and warm with underfloor heating throughout making this a suitable holiday destination all year round. An electric wood burner is also positioned to add to the ambience on those dark winter evenings. French doors open to the terrace which has a table and chairs so that you can eat outside during the warmer months. (With outdoor cushions) Hill Stables is located within a lovely sloped paddock which benefits from stunning views overlooking the ancient water meadows. Private access and off street parking. The bedroom, with a king-size bed, is equally comfortable with plenty of storage and hanging space. The bathroom has a easy access shower cubicle, washbasin and wc. The surroundings are absolutely stunning and would please even the most well travelled walkers and cyclists! We look forward to welcoming you at Hill Stables. Ufford is a favoured rural village. Famed for its medieval church with rare font cover, Ufford also has two excellent pubs, The Crown gastro-pub and The White Lion, community pub of the year 2012. The Neighborhood: Lower Ufford is an historic Suffolk village which can trace it's origins to Anglo Saxon times (Uffa's Ford) It's church is famous for it's carved wooden font cover. The village has 2 pubs, The White Lion an 8 minute walk which boasts it's own micro-brewery and home cooked fare, The Ufford Crown is a 12 minute walk and offers Michelin accredited dinning. The barn is set off a quiet country lane overlooking the water meadows of the River Deben Other Things to Note: I am afraid we do not allow dogs at this property. Due to insurance limitations we do not allow children at this property. As well as cooking basics, the fully equipped kitchen has a supply of oil, salt and pepper.
