The 50 sq.m (top) floor apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen that is connected to the living room with a bar, a bathroom, a fireplace and one large veranda. Because it is on the top floor and on a hill it has a great view from the terrace. One can see from the Maliakos Gulf to Evia’s villages and lights. The house is just 100 meters away from the sea. Kammena Vourla is a seaside resort that flourished in the 60s and 70s and because it was not overtaken by tourism it has kept a touch of another era intact. This area is characterized by buildings along a long coastal front where one can make nice walks by the sea and sit in one of the very nice cafes, bars and restaurants with local specialties and fresh fish.
