The Snug - Lovely Self Contained Studio Apartment

Nestled in the picturesque village of East Bergholt in the heart of constable country, ‘The Snug’ is a spacious, charming studio apartment in which to relax and unwind. East Bergholt itself is the birthplace of John Constable and offers many walks to Flatford, Dedham and the surrounding area. With its easy access to the A12, Ipswich and Colchester and the coastal towns of Frinton and Felixstowe are but a short drive away. We look forward to welcoming you. The main house "Delhi" is on the left hand side abut 150 metres up the lane and the Snug is n the rear garden. The Snug has a private front patio which is a real sun trap in the afternoons and evenings and has its own small table, chairs and sun loungers. There is also a shed for outside storage. French doors at the rear of the apartment provide access to the shared rear garden and patio which enjoys the sunshine in the mornings. Daryl or Kathryn will be available at the main house for any help or advice on places of interest. East Bergholt is located on the Suffolk / Essex border. This is a beautiful part of the country where the famous artist John Constable painted some of the most beautiful British landscape portraits of all time. Manningtree has a main line station which is 5 minutes drive away. The Snug is situated in the rear of Delhi Orvis lane.
