Cozy summer house - Golden Circle

Charming summerhouse near Laugarvatn (2 km), Gullfoss, Geysir and Thingvellir with a private playground and guarded by security gate. The house is about 30 metres walk from a private road, shared by other summer houses in the area, and guarded by a security gate. It's on large property and surrounded by trees. The house has a large hot tub, an outside shower, bbq, dishwasher and a private playground. It has two verandas, one with large dining table and the other with a bench. There is plenty to do in the area. 2 km from the summer house you will find a geothermal bath (URL HIDDEN) a convenience store and Laugarvatn itself (where you can actually bathe on warm days). There are at least 3 swimming pools in the area, including one with a water slide. About 20 minutes drive you will find the Geyser area and 10 minutes additionally will get you to Gullfoss. Fresh fish and meat can be bought from farmers nearby. 20 minutes drive away you will also find Flúðir where fresh veggies can be bought all year around. Although the cottage is in the country side there are several restaurants to choose from, including one that comes highly recommended: (URL HIDDEN) It is located in milk farm, meaning their ice cream is as fresh as they come.
